What this site is

My portfolio: case studies, services, a blog, my résumé, the Pocket OS phone, public visitor stats and a way to contact me. These terms cover this site only. My free tools and games run on their own addresses. If you hire me, the written proposal we agree on covers that work, not this page.

Free, and provided as-is

The site is free to use. I provide it as it is and can change it, or take any part of it down, at any time. Information here can be out of date.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

• use the site for anything illegal
• harass anyone or send abusive messages through the contact form
• send content you don't have the right to use
• abuse the site: spam, attacks, tampering with the visitor stats, or trying to get in where you aren't meant to
• scrape it in a way that burdens the site, or copy its content in bulk

Your content, and mine

What you send me stays yours. You give me only the permission I need to read it, store it and reply. The text, screenshots and code on this site belong to me or to the clients they were made for, so please ask before reusing them. See the Privacy Policy for how messages are handled.

Removing content and blocking access

This site has no user accounts. I can delete messages and block anyone who breaks these terms, without notice.

No warranties, and limited liability

I don't promise the site will always be available, accurate or free of errors. As far as the law allows, I give no warranties about it and I'm not liable for any loss that comes from using it or from relying on what it says. Nothing here takes away rights you have that the law says can't be removed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
